Even Ming Lan herself was a student of the Medical School of Capital University twenty years ago. Professor Xie taught her too, the difference being she followed Lian Fengguo during her internship and later transferred to a military hospital.

"Speaking of which, we’re considered alumni. I graduated eighteen years ago," Ming Lan continued.

Feng Qingxue said bashfully, "As a field engineer who graduated in just two years, how can I compare with a real college graduate like you? I merely caught some of Capital University’s aura."

Ming Lan laughed heartily, "Who says? While education is important, the skills you master are even more so."

When there’s a need for talent, even without a diploma, the nation will make good use of those with skills.

Feng Qingxue was just about to nod in agreement since she had no diploma initially, but they were interrupted by someone urging them to board the plane. She hurriedly put on her military coat, picked up her luggage. Each of them was experienced in travel, carrying an emergency kit and a suitcase, they quickly checked everything and boarded the plane without letting the emergency kit and luggage out of their sight.
