So she had actually washed more than 100 jin to start with.

A total of 70 jin of flour came from 103 jin of wheat, it was not snow-white, but slightly yellow, because there was no bleached flour.

Ninety-eight jin of rice yielded 60 jin of white rice and about 10 jin of broken rice.
