Mo Shaoze arrived at the Public Security Office, and after revealing his identity, he was led by a security officer to the cabin where Guo Beiling’s body was being kept.
Stepping forward to lift the white sheet, Mo Shaoze carefully examined Guo Beiling’s body but found nothing unusual and no injuries on him.

Back at the hospital, only Shen Anning and her mother remained in the ward.
"How is it? Did you find anything?" Shen Anning hurriedly asked upon seeing Mo Shaoze.
Mo Shaoze shook his head, "Let’s wait for Lu Hanmo to take a look tomorrow."
"Okay," Shen Anning nodded, her gaze filled with concern as she looked at her father on the bed. After such a shock, she wondered when her father would recover.
Lu Hanmo and Luo Shu were having breakfast when they heard that Mo Shaoze was coming. They were both somewhat surprised. With Mo Shaoze and Shen Anning just newlywed, why would he find the time to visit them?
