Chapter 247: Aryana Is Back
Two days after the banquet, Erik took Aryana and his daughter back to Malacan. Mu Heng insisted on accompanying them. He also wanted to meet Erik’s family. He wanted to make sure that the Lee family would not bully his precious granddaughter and great-granddaughter.
Mu Feng and Mu Chen also accompanied them along with a few bodyguards.
When they arrived at the airport at 9:00 am, Aryana was surprised when they headed to a private jet. Mu Heng said that he did not like commercial flights and since it was just a two-hour flight, they better take Mu family jet instead.
Erik kept their arrival a secret. Only Marlon knew about it as he needed to arrange for the cars that would pick them up.
When Aryana stepped down on the Central District’s tarmac, her eyes reddened. She missed her friends and her Aunt Elena. She missed her home.
Erik did not tell her what happened during the time that she went missing. He only assured her that CoChi was being taken care of and her friends were alright.
Marlon was already waiting at the arrival area. He craned his neck to look at the exiting passengers. When he saw Erik, he excitedly called out.
"Erik here!"
Erik frowned. His shout attracted a few passengers who were waiting for their rides.
"Hello, Aryana. How are you?" Marlon asked excitedly, then his eyes trailed to the baby in Erik’s arms. The baby was sleeping comfortably.
"Marlon, it’s been so long. I am fine. How about you?" Aryana sounded emotional.
