Chapter 180: It Is Not For You To Decide
Aryana simply glanced at Cassie. "It is not for you to decide whether I am a good model or not." She replied nonchalantly. She get back to playing with her cell phone and ignored Cassie.
Cassie was irked by her attitude but there was nothing she can do about it.
Aryana checked the time then she went to the changing room at the back of the stage. The fashion show was about to start. She changed into cropped tops and pants. The makeup artist applied lipstick on her and the stylist smoothened her clothes.
After a brief introduction by the sponsors, the models took their positions. Aryana was number eight. When it was her turn, she took a deep breath and then entered the stage. She was oozing with confidence as she walked the same way she practiced the night before, swaying her hips and placing her foot in front of the other in a straight line.
Her gaze was only focused on the front. She did not see the audience at all except for a man sitting in the VIP seat in front. Her gaze locked with him for a moment. Whether she was happy or not, was not known as her expression did not change at all. She projected a cool and carefree persona which was what her clothes were all about.
She looked at the judges and smiled at them showing her prized dimples. She paused for a moment before pivoting to turn around gracefully. Her hair flipped, then she walked back the ramp and exited the stage, and hurried into the changing room.
She has no idea what effect she had on the audience. There was a hush in the entire hall while she was walking on the catwalk. Her dress was a cropped top so the fair flesh around her narrow waist was exposed. Everyone could tell that she has an excellent body shape akin to an hourglass. During the few seconds when she paused in front of the judges and showed her dazzling smile and beautiful dimples, many in the audience held their breath.
"What a pretty woman. I can’t get enough of looking at her angelic face."
"Look at her sexy body. She is not like any other model at all."
