Chapter 170: This Is My Husband
"Alexander, this is my husband, Erik." Aryana noticed the friction between the two men so he introduced Erik.
"You have good taste, Mr. Lee. Your woman is very beautiful." Alexander placed his hands in his pocket. He was wearing a plain white polo shirt, a black denim jacket and black jeans. His eyes lingered on Aryana’s collarbones before he shifted to her face and gave her a charming smile.
Erik clenched his fists and narrowed his eyes. He knew his last name even when Aryana only told him his first name. The man in front of him wasn’t a simple one.
Alexander’s gaze fell on the wedding ring on Aryana’s finger. His gaze darted to Erik’s ring finger and noted that he was also wearing a similar one.
"Your wife saved me earlier when I was knocked off my surfboard. I gave her this, as payment for saving me but she declined. Maybe I should give this to you and you gave it to her." He passed the red box to Erik.
Erik chuckled. He glared at Alexander but immediately adjusted his expression. This man was not someone he can offend.
"Thank you for your generosity. My wife is not fond of jewelry but we appreciate you giving us the tickets for this cruise.
Alexander hummed. "In that case, let me escort you to a private room on the upper deck."
Erik and Aryana followed Alexander as he climbed the stairs to the upper deck. They were led into a room with walls and doors made of glass. People inside have a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
There were three people in the room. Two women were clad in body-hugging low-neckline dresses. They were intentionally flaunting their assets. The third one was Leonardo, Alexander’s sibling.
"Hello Aryana, we meet again." Leonardo smiled at her flashing her his white teeth. "I presume this is your husband." Leonardo offered his hand for a handshake which Erik took briefly. "These are our dates for tonight, Trixie and Patricia."
