"You can call when we are settled in the restaurant."
Aryana entered the restaurant first. A tall tanned middle-aged man welcomed and greeted her politely. He was the restaurant owner. He dropped what he was doing and rushed out when he saw who was coming. He was about to address Alexander as Boss when he was given a warning gaze by Alexander.
"Is there a place where he can recline? He is not feeling well as he has an accident while surfing."
The middle-aged man almost tripped when he heard that Alexander met an accident while surfing.
’How can he hurt himself? He was the undefeated champion in surfing for five years now.’
He led them to a secluded area where there was a couple of beach lounge chair made from rattan. Alexander laid down and ordered fruit juice for both of them.
Aryana sat down on the other chair. There was a small rectangular coffee table between the two beach chairs.
’When did the boss start drinking fruit juice?’ The restaurant owner scratched his head. He left them to have the fruit juice prepared.
Alexander uttered a series of numbers. Aryana wondered what the number was for but she remembered that she offered to call his brother.
The phone rang for a long time until a robotic message advised her that the call did not push through.
’Hello, your brother has an accident. Please pick up the call.’ she waited a few minutes after sending the message before calling again.
