Chapter 147: Kidnapped Again!
When Aryana woke up she was inside a small room. The only furniture in the room was a single bed where she was currently lying. She looked for her cellphone but it was gone.
She heard the door opened and she saw Sonia coming in with a tray.
"Have some food. It is past dinner time." Sonia said, her face was devoid of emotion.
"Where am I?" She glared at Sonia. "Where is my cellphone?"
A petite girl came from behind Sonia’s back. "Are you looking for this? Boss X said I can have this."
Aryana studied the two woman before her. Their resemblance was very obvious so she must be Sonia’s daughter. But how can she be Henry’s child?
"Why did you bring me here Sonia?" Aryana wanted to know what was in her mind when she thought of kidnapping her. "Don’t you know that kidnapping is a criminal offense?" Aryana wanted to guilt trip her.
Sonia only looked at her with an emotionless eyes and stayed silent.
’What is wrong with her? Does she have mental problems? Earlier at the cafe, she seemed warm and show a bit of emotion.’
"You are our light at the end of the tunnel. Our redemption. My mom brought you here in exchange for our freedom." The younger woman spoke freely on behalf of her mother. "From now on my bed will be your bed. My fate will be yours." The young girl gave her an impish smile.
"You know you should have asked Erik for help instead of resorting to this. Now Erik will not forgive you." Aryana looked at Sonia coldly.
