Nie Mianmian, however, noticed Old Master Xi flushed face and thought that something was wrong with him. She gloated inside thinking that if something happened to the old master because of Qin Yan’s medicine, she would probably be skinned alive.
She thus pretended to be worried, "Grandfather Xi, are you okay? Why is your face so red?"
