Chapter 47: Exchanging contacts
When the little guy came out of the bathroom, Xi Jung and Qin Yan had already finished their conversation.
Qin Yan smiled at the little bun, "Baby, are you done?"
The little bun smiled back innocently and nodded.
Xi Jung felt that something was amiss but he couldn’t point out what it was. He glanced at the little devil suspiciously.
The little guy looked over at Xi Jung with a smile that did not reach his eyes.
Gazing at the little devil’s smile, Xi Jung got goosebumps all over his body. ’My god. He is so scary!’
Xi Jung looked away immediately. He was afraid that if he looked anymore, he would get a heart attack.
Qin Yan was unaware of the silent stares between the uncle and nephew. "Mr. Xi, can we leave now?" she asked.
When the little bun heard Qin Yan, his smile disappeared. He stared at Qin Yan with a pitiful expression. His face showed clear unhappiness.
Qin Yan felt helpless. She didn’t know why but her heart ached seeing the little bun unhappy. But there was nothing that she could do.
She tried to pacify him, "Darling, sister has to go home now. Otherwise sister will get scolded by her parents. Can you bear your sister Yan being scolded?"
