Of the remaining 55, a remarkable 40 were taken out by members of the aristocratic scions’ team and the Anti-Aristocratic Alliance. The rest, a mere 15, were left to the other teams.
Checking the survival count again, he noticed the number of players had dwindled further; only 82 remained. He wondered if some unknown small team, hidden away in a corner, had been wiped out.
The monsters released in the first hour did not even last half an hour before they were all cleared out.
"These people are fast," Chen Mo remarked. "With the remaining time, everyone will most likely focus on finding hidden missions and Special BOSSes."
"So that’s the reason for the limited monster spawns," Yan Yingyue said, a look of understanding dawning on her. "The first two days were for focusing on quests. Starting from the third day, they’re giving everyone time to search for other benefits."
"That does make sense. Even if the two of us searched until we dropped, it would be difficult to find anything. But if everyone searches, the efficiency will be much higher. Especially if they trigger a Special BOSS they can’t defeat, we might be able to pick up the scraps."
