Upon hearing Chen Mo’s words, Lady Wu immediately remembered her own experiences when she first arrived. She felt a pang of fear and said swiftly, "Then I really appreciate your help."
Chen Mo and Yan Yingyue both smiled, indicating it wasn’t a big deal.
The three of them left the area that would only open on the second day and headed toward Meng Han’s location.
At this point, the trio were no longer in a party. Chen Mo kept his perception fully active, constantly observing the surroundings.
Soon, he noticed two people crouching on a treetop about a hundred meters ahead, seemingly up to something. Meanwhile, a girl lay under the tree.
Chen Mo noticed that, apart from the girl under the tree, the other two had covered the number plates on their chests. It was clear these two were up to no good.
What are they trying to do?
Even though he sensed something was wrong ahead, he did not change his path. He merely quickened his pace by a few steps, moving ahead of Lady Wu and Yan Yingyue.
However, he soon discovered that even though he had intentionally quickened his pace, Yan Yingyue was still keeping step with him.
"There seems to be a situation ahead. You two slow down a bit," Chen Mo whispered.
Hearing Chen Mo’s warning, Yan Yingyue finally lagged behind him a little.
