The originally shimmering blue lightning now had black Color of Arms Haki covering it, creating a striking black-and-blue contrast.
Midori Inuzuka envied Kakashi's skill at this point. While theoretically, using Color of Arms Haki on Ninjutsu was possible, it was challenging to execute in practice.
It was nearly impossible to imbue most Ninjutsu with Color of Arms Haki. The one that was most feasible to incorporate Color of Arms Haki into was probably Nintaijutsu.
