Chapter 204: Disagreements at the Top

This was the first day since the end of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack.
For ordinary villagers, last night was a confusing night.
Some of the residents living near Konoha's border saw the huge Vacuum Great Sphere released by White Zetsu and felt the powerful storm.
The other residents who couldn't feel anything were stunned. They were sleeping soundly at night when some Shinobi suddenly knocked on their door and told them to evacuate to the shelter.
However, the faint tremors they felt did indicate that something bad must have happened last night, which was also confirmed after they left the shelter.
Although Nagasawa had tried his best to protect Konoha, Kyubi and the wooden statue that White Zetsu brought forth was so massive in size that they destroyed a lot of buildings by just standing there.
The fight with White Zetsu didn't cause too much damage as the location was very remote. There was only a prison there, which was already destroyed by White Zetsu's Wind Release.
The fight with Kyubi, however, caused a bit more serious damage. Several blocks were completely destroyed. However, compared to the destruction of the entire Konoha, a few blocks' destruction wasn't that bad.
Konoha's residents went home safely and returned to their daily lives. The destroyed houses would be rebuilt as well.
