Kakashi pretended not to see Midori Inuzuka and kept going.

Midori Inuzuka would be knocked on the head by Nagasawa if Nagasawa heard about this.
Kakashi breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, Midori Inuzuka was still the same Midori Inuzuka.
With Color of Observation Haki, Nagasawa would instantly know who came and who did not. Escaping from Nagasawa was clearly impossible.
