Chapter 6: Jump Too High
Konoha Hospital.
Kakashi was sitting on the bed, feeling a little anxious.
After completing the task, he was injured, so he went directly to the hospital.
Unexpectedly, the injury was more serious than he thought. After receiving treatment, he ought to rest for a day.
Normally, Kakashi wouldn't care, but he had promised Nagasawa to master the Taijutsu that Nagasawa had given him in seven days.
That Taijutsu was unlike the Taijutsu he had learned so far. If he couldn't master it because he was told to rest for that day, Kakashi really didn't know what to do.
Just as Kakashi was thinking about whether he should sneak out to practice, a yellow figure walked into the ward.
Minato put the fruit he bought on the table and smiled gently. "Are you okay?"
Kakashi nodded: "It's no big deal. Hadn't the doctor said that it would be better to rest for a day, I would have left already."
"I'm going to have you join Anbu." Minato told him his plan for Kakashi as he walked to the window of the ward, looking at the scenery outside the window.
The autumn wind blew through the curtains.
