Chapter 773: Yue Zhiya Awakens
Yue Zhiya finally woke up and didn’t expect to fall asleep while hiding from the people who were chasing him. After fatigue took over him, fainting is not a surprise. He was so tired he didn’t even notice that the Moon Goddess had carried him to be placed to sleep. Now that he had opened his eyes, he noticed immediately that he was placed on a soft bed and looked around to see that he was in a clean room which he had never seen before. He instantly stood up seeing that he was in another place.
He noticed people’s presence on the floor below the room he is in and the thoughts of escaping had appeared in his head. He immediately heads to the window of the room he is in and without opening the door he jumps out of it as if something scary is chasing after him. Unfortunately, the whole room was covered in formation which locked him inside the room. It took time for him to destroy it. The sound that everyone heard from the living room is the sound of Yue Zhiya destroying the formation in the room intending to escape.
By the time Yue Xuexia teleported and the Elf King Andromeda arrived inside the room, the boy just jumped out of the window he had just broken. The two had witnessed it and the boy had seen them as well. Yue Zhiya was stunned when he saw the face of the Moon Goddess as if surprised by something.
Elf King Andromeda said, "Is it alright to let him leave like this?"
"Let him be. He is most likely letting the kids he saved free. He will be back," said Yue Xuexia. "I need to have someone repair the window tomorrow. I’m going to meditate. Good night, Great Grandfather."
"Alright. I will keep those bugs I caught to the basement," Elf King Andromeda said. "You can handle the rest when the brat is back. This old man will stay in the forest tonight. Good night, Xue’er."
The two had left to return to their rooms after telling others to repair the guest room’s window and continue their own business. The other had already known that the child had most likely escaped and that their Mistress didn’t chase after him so they also didn’t do so.
On the other hand, Yue Zhiya had appeared near the Trading Hall and let the children out from his small world. Most of them look like they were abused wearing clothes that are ragged and dirty. These are the kids that were captured by Death Valley and were trafficked by them to be sold.
"You have your token, you should be able to get home as long as you ask the people from this place," said Yue Zhiya.
The eldest among the children who he freed asks, "Young Lord, thank you for saving us. Are you not going back with us?"
"The one they want is me. If I come with you, they will just capture us all over again. I can escape on my own but I choose to stay to make them pay. Go back, your parents are waiting back for you," said Yue Zhiya.
He watches the children talk to the guards and meet the owner of the planet, Su Liyi to ask for help to bring them back home. He gave them one of his family jade, the one from the Moon Clan. The moment Su Liyi saw it, he gathered the children and saved them. Only when the children were saved did Yue Zhiya recall the lady he saw from that room whom he escaped from.
Yue Zhiya, the child of the Moon Clan’s Crown Prince, mumbles, "That lady from before... Except for the fact that her hair and eyes were black, she looked so much like my grandmother. Should I go back and check that lady again?"
He bit his lower lips as if extremely reluctant to come and check where he just escaped from. He had been captured for such a long time that he was cautious of being captured again. However, he also knows that despite how powerful those two who he saw the moment he escaped they didn’t chase after him. It is only now that he recalled that the formation inside that room he woke up in was easily broken by him.
"Is the formation in that room made to protect me and not lock me inside?" Yue Zhiya mumbles.
The more he tried to recall the details of what happened when he opened his eyes, the more convinced he was that the people of that manor didn’t seem to be from the same side as the bad guys from Death Valley.
"Are they not from the Death Valley? Forget about it for now. I need to meditate and heal my injuries," murmured Yue Zhiya.
He found a nice place within the forest where he can peacefully bathe under the moonlight and use the blessing of the moon to check on his body. This little prince of the Moon Clan was stunned to realize that his whole body had been healed including some injuries on his soul for using a forbidden technique to temporarily increase his cultivation.
"I... Why am I fully healed?" Yue Zhiya murmured as he once again recalled the young lady who looked like her grandmother, Yue Lili. "Did they heal me as well? Also these clothes..."
The more he noticed the good things in him , Yue Zhiya finally realized that the people of that manor must be the owner of that place. He fainted from over fatigue and was seen by them when they got home. Seeing that he was injured and wounded, they treated him. Now he regrets leaving without thinking twice about the situation. He had ignored his saviors and treated them the same as those demonic cultivators from the Death Valley.
"I need to check first if they are truly good people before meeting them officially,"
He would regret it if he was captured again and lost his freedom. He wanted to go home to his family as well.
Yue Zhiya mumbles, "The fact that I’ve escaped has most likely reached the ears of the people from the Death Valley. They will send someone to capture me again."
While the little prince of the Everlasting Moon decided to check the cave where those bastards had hidden them, he realized that no one was left in the area upon arrival. There were lingering scents and traces of blood in the area. It wasn’t that hard to guest that person or people had most likely exterminated these people. Either that or those guys had escaped. After all, trafficking children is something only demons and demonic cultivators do.
"Someone had destroyed them? But who might have done that... Hm? Are they the one who did it? After seeing my state they might have realized that there are other children who were captured by those demonic cultivators. After not seeing the other children, they chose to kill all the villains and waited for me to wake up."
"But... I escaped without checking whether they were enemies or not. Should I go back and give them my thanks?" Yue Zhiya murmured to himself.
It took a whole night before Yue Zhiya finally decided to see those people who had saved him and treat his wounds. Meanwhile at the Trading Hall, Young Master Su Liyi after saving those children was looking at the Moon Jade token on his table which is now being started up not only by Su Liyi but also the other seniors who was still working on the things that will be brought over to the manor where the special guests are staying.
Gathering around the table staring at the moon jade token with blue crescent moon, they heard from the children they’ve saved that this Moon Jade Token was given to them by another young boy who didn’t join them to be rescued by adults.
Young Master Su Liyi said, "This is a Moon Jade Token right? A customized one."
"Blue Crescent Moon with lightning. This is most of the personal Jade Token of the Crown Prince from the Moon Clan!" An elder pointed out.
Young Master Su Liyi with a frown said, "Then... the savior of those children is someone from the Everlasting Moon Empire and is most likely a royal blood?"
"I’ve heard the recent news about some demonic cultivators from Death Valley catching the youngest generation of the Moon Clan."
"Don’t tell the owner of this
"Definitely, we must inform the Moon Goddess about this!" Another elder suggested.
Young Master Su Liyi said, "Then tomorrow I will show this token to the Moon Goddess."
"We also need to bring their request for communication tools so us, old men, will definitely accompany the young master!"
"Okay. Keep the children safe and try to contact their clans and parents and have them pick them up," young master Su Liyi said.
