Chapter 152 The Past (1)
Alaric cursed under his breath, but his eyes fixated on every movement of Damon.
"Come on." Alaric muttered under his breath.
Before the blink of an eye, Damon charged towards them with a ferocious growl.
"Run!" Theo yelled.
They bolted into the underground chamber, racing through the narrow passageway. There were no torches to illuminate their path.
Alaric was behind Theo. He knew he had to protect him, or Damon would gut him if something were to happen to Theo.
The moment they reached the heart of the chamber, Damon grabbed Alaric by his leg slamming him into the wall.
Alaric whimpered as he staggered to his feet. His eyes widened in horror when Damon turned around charging towards Theo.
He was about to run towards them when his eyes caught something. A silver cage hung right above where Damon and Theo were.
"Theo I want you to keep him entertained, and follow my voice." he mindlinked Theo.
"Seriously? He could shred me into pieces in a matter of seconds."
"I don’t think he would try to talk to him. You are son... he should listen to you." Alaric said as he cautiously headed towards where the mechanic was to release the cage.
