Transmigrated: The Lycan King's Pet

Chapter 85 Bad Feeling

...

The next morning, I awoke to the golden glow of sunlight brushing against my face. I blinked slowly, taking in the soft morning silence. I yawned, stretching my arms wide like a bird ready to take to flight. The space beside was empty, I turned, Damon wasn’t in bed anymore. The other side was cold, he seemed to have been gone for a while.

I sat up quickly, wondering if I had drooled or kicked him during sleep. Nothing seemed out of place, so maybe I survived the night without further crimes.

Out of the corner of my eyes, I spotted a figure standing by the window, his abs glowed like it was dipped in honey, the golden rays of the sun magnifying his body. He twirled a glass of wine in his hand before sipping from it elegantly. His muscles flexed slightly as he turned. His eyes met mine.

’Hot... handsome... and hot. Just how I like it.’ I gawked at him, feeding my eyes the food it didn’t realize it had been missing for a long time.

"You’re up," he said nonchalantly.

"Yes, Master." I said hesitantly, wiping my mouth to get rid of any possible remnant of drooling.

"For someone who had punched me like I was a sandbag. Isn’t your voice too scared to suit your preceding nature?"

I winced. "That was an accident."

’This dumbass doesn’t know how to forgive and forget. How long is he going to taunt me with these words?’

His brow lifted. "You aimed with precision."
