Chapter 575: Reaching for the rope
Michael crashed into the ground, with the white hole pinning him down into the bottom of the forest floor. The force of the crash was enough to create a crater from the point of contact, with the white hole continuing to send enormous force outwards.
Rocks, soil, and trees were getting pushed away, with Michael pushing further and further into the crater.
And if that wasn’t enough, Beau’s 8-star food monsters surrounded him, using their own powers to prevent Michael from escaping the white hole.
With the Unity cage turned off, Beau had free reign to finally escape. She quickly turned towards the center of the Pocket Dimension, with her eyes set on nothing but the Glass Dome.
She looked back at Michael and pursed her lips. This was the only way that she could ensure her victory. Fighting him more would only make him stronger.
Her only goal was to keep him contained. She couldn’t even let him get hurt, or else she could push him further into the brink of a breakthrough.
And so, with the white hole and the other 8-star monsters pinning him down, he wouldn’t be able to catch up to her any time soon.
Finally, she jumped up to the top of the trees and began running straight to the dome to claim her prize.
Everyone watching this from above couldn’t help but start applauding Michael for his tremendous effort.
It was a good attempt, but in the end, the difference in power between a 4th stage and a 6th stage was far too much.
