Chapter 548 - 546: Trapped
Xia Cheng couldn’t even remember the last time he had eaten, and with a desirous look in his lifeless eyes, he shakily reached out, grabbed the biscuit, and wolfed it down.
He lay on his side while eating, reminiscent of a hamster.
Su Mo looked back and asked, "Has he awakened?"
"Let him eat something, he looks really weak."
Su Mo nodded.
The group patiently waited for him to finish eating and drink several big gulps of water to swallow down the dry food. Then, they allowed one of the Task Soldiers to reach out a hand so he could rise up a bit—to get a better view of them.
Xia Cheng stared blankly for a while before slowly climbing up, using the hand for support, and rested his head against the seat’s back.
His eyes gained a bit of clarity as he asked in a hoarse voice, "Where am I?"
"In the regions of P City. What’s your name? Where do you come from?" Li Qian replied gently.
Xia Cheng was taken aback for a moment before replying, "Xia Cheng, I came from the route through Yellowstone City."
While speaking, his gaze shifted amongst the group and finally rested on Su Mo.
Suddenly, he became agitated, pointing tremblingly at Su Mo, "I’ve seen you."
