Chapter 395 - 389 Lost
Just after leaving Tunaras, Leon encountered a magic ship, which was a Tyrant Ship.
The Tyrant Ship is carved by Beholders using their dissociation beams from stone, and they use these ships to roam the Astral Sea, searching for worlds to conquer and enemy Beholders to destroy.
No two Tyrant Ships look exactly alike, but they all have one or more features reminiscent of their creators, such as bulbous shapes and eye stalks.
The spherical room on the Tyrant Ship’s command deck is akin to a magic exorcism rudder that only a Beholder can tune to, even if he captures it, he can’t operate it. Because of this, Leon didn’t attack that Tyrant Ship until he remembered that killing a Beholder could yield its eyeballs, which are rare alchemy materials.
Leon also didn’t know why, but on his way to find a Color Pool, he often encountered Celestial Creatures, Evil Demons, and mortal adventurers. Could it be that everyone is searching for Color Pools, walking the same path?
A unicorn with a protruding spiral ivory horn on its forehead, its magical touch can cure diseases and injuries, unicorns appear in groups, freely galloping in the Astral Sea.
A gentleman would not bear to see the death of animals nor eat their meat upon hearing their cries. Thus, gentlemen avoid the kitchen. Leon does not mind eating meat; he loves it so much he even seeks rare alchemy materials everywhere. But killing those beautiful creatures on a large scale, he finds a bit hard to bear; there is still some kindness in him.
Leon did not harm the unicorns, nor did he harm the feathered snakes, deeply wise snake-like creatures with radiant wings and graceful manners, showing their connection to the Celestial Realm.
The first Color Pool Leon found was magenta.
