Chapter 23 She Felt Uncomfortable
An Yan raised his eyebrows, "Is there something?"
"You seem quite pleased, don’t you?" An Yirou’s eyes were filled with anger and hatred, "Why didn’t you say there was a recording earlier? Wasn’t it just to embarrass me?"
"Did I ask you to come here? Did I ask you to commit perjury?" An Yan sneered, "But if I had told you about the recording earlier, could we have had this wonderful drama today?"
She stepped forward and toyed with the small white flower on An Yirou’s chest, "I’m really looking forward to seeing what you look like after the announcement at school. Keep up your skills as a Pretentious Woman and Green Tea Bitch; I find it quite refreshing when you get slapped in the face."
An Yirou: "..."
An Yan no longer paid her any attention and turned to walk out of the school gate.
Unexpectedly, the drizzling rain suddenly turned into a downpour, and An Yan ran all the way to a bus stop, hugging her bag.
She wiped the rainwater off her cheeks, grateful that she had removed her heavy makeup, or else she would have ended up with a terribly smeared face.
She wanted to hail a cab, but not a single one stopped.
After a while, a Mercedes stopped in front of her.
