Chapter 1 She Was Abandoned by Her Fiancé
Inside the abandoned furniture factory, the menacing kidnapper held a phone in one hand and pointed the dark barrel of a gun at the two girls cowering in the corner with the other. "Miss An Yan and An Yirou, you can only take one away!"
"Don't play tricks on me, if you dare call the police, I'll blow them both away right now!"
An Yirou cried pitifully like rain beating on pear blossoms, "Brother Chenyu, I'm so scared! Please come and save me!"
Tears welled up in An Yan's eyes, her voice tinged with sobbing, "Chenyu, please come and save me!"
The kidnapper turned on the speakerphone, and the man, without a second thought, made his choice, "An Yirou, I choose An Yirou."
An Yan screamed as if her heart was being torn apart, "Chenyu, I'm your fiancée! How can you do this to me!"
"What man would like someone like you, a country bumpkin!" Fu Chenyu said firmly, "Bring An Yirou out, the ransom is placed outside."
The kidnapper roughly lifted An Yirou, looked at An Yan and sneered, "Betrayed by your own sister and fiancé, you might as well be dead!"
With that, he pushed An Yirou towards the door.
Under the dim light, An Yirou looked back at An Yan, a smug smile curling up the corners of her mouth.
With eyes full of unwillingness, An Yan sobbed pitifully and helplessly, except that just as An Yirou turned around, her sorrowful expression quickly faded, a mocking curve forming on her lips.
