Chapter 311: Only Love
Warning! Smut Ahead!
Nova’s POV
The cabin welcomed us like a sigh—warm, quiet, waiting.
The room inside was simple, but there was something magical about it. A soft golden glow spilled from lanterns hung above, flickering gently against walls made of polished cedarwood. The scent of lavender lingered in the air, hugging me like a soft blanket.
My eyes drifted to the bed—large, inviting, layered with thick furs and woven blankets that looked softer than clouds. A small table sat nearby, already set for two, with a meal that smelled too perfect to be real. Eldur must have enchanted it just right—every detail meant to calm, to comfort, to make this moment feel like something sacred.
My chest tightened—not in fear, but in something quieter. Anticipation, maybe. Or wonder.
"It’s beautiful," I whispered, my voice catching in my throat like it wasn’t sure if it should speak at all.
Eldur turned to me slowly, and when our eyes met, his expression made everything else fade. Those silver eyes held something that stole the air right out of my lungs—tenderness, worship, and love so steady it made me ache.
"Not as beautiful as you," he said, his voice low and certain like it was the most obvious truth.
