Chapter 100: SSS-rank Virus Evolution Sovereign Sub-Class!
After Ainsworth decided on choice 1, he immediately received the rewards beforehand as it was a choice-type that granted the rewards before even performing the actions required by the choice option.
After all, his God-Level Choice System wasn’t a God-Level Mission System. As long as he made his choice and didn’t change it half way later on, most of the choices presented would yield the reward before the choice requirement was acted upon.
Of course, if he were to use the items he should have given to Rian and Elyndra, then the choice system would take back the rewards he had received. However, he didn’t plan on doing that as he believed that Choice 1 was the best option.
Not only would Rian owe him a favor and Elyndra’s favorability for him increase, he could also upgrade his S-rank Evolver sub-class into an SSS-rank Virus Evolution Sovereign sub-class without having to use an SS-rank Class Rank Upgrade Card on top of the existing SSS-rank Class Rank Upgrade Card.
Furthermore, instead of having a Random Otherworld-Based SS-rank sub-class, he’d be able to have a random yet suitable Otherworld-Based SSS-rank sub-class granted by the system.
The God-Level Choice System had never failed him in granting random yet suitable classes. Even his previous choice of risking it to get up to a suitable unspecified SSS-rank Class during the Unified Awakening Ceremony had proven to be a great gamble.
Compared to the SSS-rank Sword Saint, SSS-rank Shadow Assassin, and SSS-rank Lustful Incubus classes that he could have chosen to obtain before, Ainsworth never regretted having the SSS-rank Freedom Freelancer class as it truly was the class that suited him.
So, he had high trust in the system’s judgment of what class was suitable for him and as expected, the choice rewards didn’t disappoint him.
After he had chosen Choice 1, his S-rank Evolver Sub-Class was immediately upgraded to SSS-rank Virus Evolution Sovereign sub-class.
Moreover, he had also received the other choice reward. The random suitable Otherworld-based sub-class he received was the SSS-rank Grand Archivist.
Needless to say, those two SSS-rank sub-classes were very powerful and due to preferential opinion, might not be as good as the SSS-rank Freedom Freelancer class, but even Ainsworth admitted that they were overpowered in their own right.
’My S-rank Pathogen Control and S-rank Hive Mind class exclusive skills had been upgraded to SSS-rank and although their name didn’t change, they obtained rule-type abilities and became better in quality.’
