Ji Yunhuan went to Chen Chen’s room. He would be moving to Bai Liyan’s hospital in the evening. Hearing the door open, Chen Chen turned to look at her. "Sis."
Ji Yunhuan walked to his side and saw that he was drawing. "What are you drawing?"
"Family." But he hadn’t had time to finish it.
Ji Yunhuan pointed to the woman in the drawing. "Is this, Mom?"
"Uh..." Chen Chen glanced at her, wearing an expression as if he was looking at an idiot. "This is you!"
"..." Ji Yunhuan was speechless for a moment, defeated by her own eyesight. She then pointed at the child in the drawing. "And this one?"
"You and Brother-in-law’s child." Chen Chen smiled, looking at her expectantly. "When will I get to be an uncle?"
Ji Yunhuan rolled her eyes at him. "Why have you learned none of the good things and only the nagging tricks of the elderly?"
"Don’t you want a child? Children are so cute. New life brings happiness and hope." He spoke earnestly as he continued drawing.
Ji Yunhuan found it boring and found a chair to sit on, watching Chen Chen’s focused expression.
