Chapter 113 - 114: Hal’s Uncle
The result of the investigation is that she jumped off the building by herself. There is CCTV footage showing her walking up to the rooftop, then standing at the edge and jumping.

Nosy people were crowding near the office. The girl’s body was now sent to the hospital for an autopsy. Cail was also listening. He had been lurking in the corner when they took the girl’s body. He realized that the body also had high concentrations of void energy, much higher than his sister’s.
Cail didn’t see a glow that indicated the two of them were carrying artifacts, but the fact that they had traces of void energy meant they had encountered it before.
