"MOM!!" she shouted, stamping her foot.
"Go back to Father!! Now!!"
Queen Meira smiled sweetly, placing a hand elegantly on her cheek.
"Ara~ Ellyna... I just wanted to see my future son-in-law~ Is that so wrong?"
Ellyn’s cheeks burned hotter.
She grabbed Hazuki’s head and pushed his face harder against her stomach to hide him.
"Ugh!!" she growled. "You promised you wouldn’t meet him first!!"
Queen Meira tilted her head, still smiling like a saint—but her golden eyes twinkled wickedly.
"Hmm? I didn’t promise that. Your father did. Not me."
