The Mind-Reading Mate: Why Is the Lycan King So Obsessed With Me?

Chapter 172: A Beast at Night, A Husband by Day

The night had grown cold, but Primrose felt like her body was on fire the whole time. Edmund had filled her so many times that she lost count, her mind clouded to the point she couldn’t even use her mind-reading ability properly.

Thank goodness Edmund had agreed not to go all out in his beastly way during their honeymoon, or she might’ve gone completely insane the moment she stepped out of this room.

"That .. that was so intense." Primrose sighed heavily as she lay beside Edmund. Her eyes stared up at the ceiling, which seemed to sway a little. Her body felt weightless, like she was floating in the sky. "Oh no... am I in heaven?"

"No, you’re not." Edmund pulled her closer and kissed her lips to give her more strength. "You’re still right here with me."

Primrose blinked slowly, trying to focus. As her strength returned, everything around her became clear again. It was like waking from a dream or falling back to earth after drifting too high in the clouds.

"Feeling better?" Edmund turned on his side, watching her closely.

Primrose looked at him in silence for a moment before saying, "I don’t know." She added, "I feel better, but ..." She winced softly as her fingers brushed against her nipples. "My body still feels so sore. You touched me too much."

Edmund glanced down at her nipples, which were red and a little swollen. He had touched them over and over again for hours, no wonder they were sore and even painful when they rubbed against anything.

"I’m sorry," he murmured, guilt showing in his eyes. "I haven’t healed you properly yet."

His saliva could bring back her energy, but it wasn’t enough to ease all the soreness or the marks he’d left on her skin. That would need a different kind of treatment.

"That’s fine!" Primrose stopped him when he leaned in to lick her nipples. "You can do it tomorrow!"
