Chapter 72: You know a place don’t you?
"It must have been awful to know the pain Riley was feeling during that." Ash began "I’m sorry, my grandmother thought she was giving you a present by punishing him in front of you."
"I know, she was really confused by my reaction to her torture." Violet giggled a little "It’s like she forgot I’m human."
Ash chuckled, "She didn’t forget, she’s the first demon, she just doesn’t know a lot of good humans, all things considering that kind of makes sense, given the fact she lives part time in hell haha."
"Oh shush, you took the car here?" Violet asked.
"Yes. Is that a problem?" Ash asked.
"No, no, not all." Violet smiled, she dusted herself off and let Ash lead her to the car.
Ash opened the passenger door to his new black and white Rolls-Royce Wraith II.
Climbing in beside her he shifts the car into gear and drives away.
"Where are we going?" Violet asks.
"To a boutique, you can’t go to a café looking like this, I’ll kill someone for looking at you too long." Ash’s tone was decisive and direct, leaving no room for jokes. He meant what he said, he’d kill anyone who looked too hard at his girl while they were out in public. And with a dress like that people would definitely break their neck to get even just one glance at the beauty walking by them.
"Are they open this late?" Violet asked skeptically.
