Chapter 18: the Alpha
Jeremy walks back into the room. "Gabriel and the wolf pack’s leader are coming" Jeremy takes a step toward her. Sitting on the bed he leans back on his hand. "I guess the pack is upset about my brothers killing three of their young wolves. And want to discuss consequences."
"But they tried to hurt me!" Violet cried.
"And they’re lucky it was Ash that killed them. I would have taken them back for
research purposes." Gabriel said walking into the infirmary. "You already know what Riley is like, I doubt their death would have been as fast."
"Don’t worry, Violet the boys have broken no rules because your safety was at risk, and they almost broke the treaty by jeopardizing your safety while under the school’s protection." the nurse tried to reassure her.
"She’s right, the truce is already fragile, if they’d hurt you and retaliate against
justice it would mean war." Jeremy chimed in "The last thing they want is a
bunch of pissed off witches and vampires, it would be a losing war."
Violet was still anxious about the things to come.
When the alpha from the wolf pack arrived, his presence dominated a room. You could tell he was an alpha. He was gorgeous, his hair was thick and brown, his muscles were practically busting through his shirt. His eyes a shade of gold so pure. Violet’s mouth dropped just a little stunned by his beauty. She’d never seen an alpha before and like a pure blood vampire his presence could dominate a room. This made the alpha wolf’s cheeks raise with a sinister smile. Watching Violet gawk at a wolf and an alpha at that, really pissed Gabriel off. He was going to punish her later. And the alpha looking at her like that, made him almost lose control.
F*ck this girl brought out the worst in him just by being in her proximity. He definitely appreciates his brothers need to rip out the throat of those wolves. It took so much not to stop himself from doing the very same thing and then bending Violet over the dean’s desk right here in front of everyone.
