Chapter 3: Look at this tiny girl
Facing the vampires staring at her like predators about to devour their prey.
Asher the one with white hair just looked at her and said to his brothers with a grievance in his voice "you can have her I don't want her." And walked up the stairs. His words harsh and cold. They stung her heart and brought tears to her eyes. Such firm rejection already?
"What did I do? Why doesn't he like me?" Nervous again she started to fidget.
"Don't worry about him, he's always been a sour puss" Riley hissed through his teeth, his voice sending shivers down Violet's spine.
Gabriel with the indigo hair, just looked at her, unconcerned and said "I'll have my chance to see you later, I have more pressing matters that need my attention." He nods his head, leaving her as well.
Now just three men stood before her. The brown haired man, Oliver, said "let us help you carry your things and show you to your room." The three remaining brothers helped carry her things upstairs and bring her to a room in the center of the balcony.
Oliver and Riley bring her stuff in. Jeremy drops her bag in front of the door and leaves without saying a word.
Violet face lights up as she's looking at all the pretty furniture. Everything pink. Her favorite color! She had a princess canopy bed, it had a white metal frame, with lacy white drapes. Her bedding set was pink. The dressers and side tables were also white and had pink flowered handles. A full length mirror surrounded with pearls and faux diamonds. There was a vase with pink and white roses on one of the night stands. They even thought about that when planning for her arrival! Giddy she turns excited, ready to show her gratitude, however she was face to face with Riley and Oliver. The two men are mere inches from her.
She squeaks with surprise.
