Anna knew their intentions all too well—apart from the favor of the Lord of Justice, Malin was also cherished by the tyrannical Transcendent, as well as by an exotic goddess who now stood in for the Goddess of Harvest in carrying out divine duties. This goddess too showered Malin with affection.
Unknown to most, a secretive Vengeance Sect was rising in various places, under the auspices of a Rightful God, who was clearly related to that exotic goddess. The sect’s creed was revenge.
Aligning closely with some of Malin’s actions, it could almost be confirmed that this Rightful God was also watching over Malin.
