He grinned.

He stepped closer again, claws tapping lightly against the metal table.

Zelia's eyes widened in panic.
She shook her head violently.
"No—no, no, no! Stay away from me!"
Scavratt leaned forward, his smirk growing wider.
"There's no one coming to save you, girl."
She jerked against the ropes again, chest heaving.
