Chapter 44: SUPPORT SYSTEM
SOHEE DIDN’T expect that his torn earlobe would need a minor surgery.
Minor, but still a surgery nonetheless.
The surgery was completed after less than an hour. Firstly, the torn earlobe was cleansed with disinfectant, then the doctor removed the skin that lines the tear, eliminated the surplus tissue, and then stitched his earlobe back together again.
Lastly, a sterile bandage was applied to the treated area.
That was how simple the surgery was.
So, why am I admitted to a VIP Room in the country’s most expensive hospital?
Sohee couldn’t complain, though.
After all, that VIP Room was like a hotel suite.
"Hyung, the doctor said your ear is fine now. But you’ll experience minor discomfort, so we have to be careful from now on to minimize the chances of any surgical complications," Kim Heedo, who was sitting on the chair next to the bed, explained. The brat even had his arms crossed over his chest as if he was trying to appear intimidating. "The doctor said your earlobe must remain bandaged for three days, and it can’t be exposed to water during that period. You also can’t put your earlobe to any form of stress or strain— such as resting in bed on the side of the treated area."
Sohee flinched. "That would be difficult."
"I know," Kim Heedo said, sighing while shaking his head. "Hyung sleeps on your side, after all."
