Chapter 90: A Bit Too Wicked

Harper lay in the oddly exhilarating darkness behind her new blindfold, trying to adjust mentally and physically to the fact that she was looking completely scandalous — wearing nothing but a set of sheer bra and panty and a blindfold — in Eli’s bed.
Eli’s bed. Which she would never dream of seeing a mere month ago. Which smelled exactly like him, the fresh scent of linen mixed with a hint of citrus and warm spices. Which felt so luxuriously silky against her almost naked skin.
She drew in a deep breath, trying to keep her head cool. She was getting a little too excited from simply being here, spread out on this bed in a position like this. And nothing had even started yet ...
A soft rustle was her clue that Eli was coming near the bed, shedding his own clothes. Instinctively, she whipped her head in the direction of the sound, though all she could see was a mysterious darkness.
"Want to pick a safeword?" His voice moved closer, and she felt the mattress dip as his weight settled next to her.
What they were doing at the moment was honestly super softcore, but Harper liked the fact that he always considered everything for her. "Hmm ... Jockstraps?" she offered.
A groan met her chuckles. "Haven’t you grown a bit too wicked recently, Harper? Looks like it’s time for me to start teaching you a real lesson."

Woah. The feeling of being so easily overpowered should have been intimidating, but the vulnerable position only sent Harper’s heart leaping in thrill. But she liked the contrast, and the unyielding strength of him bearing down on her did unexpected things to that place in her core, where she wanted to be just as easily overpowered and ravished.
