Nina hadn’t left the home. It was the only way for her to pressure the Sinclairs to take her back.
Though she was living in such miserable conditions in that garden, still she never saw any compassion or empathy for her in Shane’s eyes.
Miles was always a cruel man but what happened to Shane?
When her parents used to kick her out of the house, this was the only thing that used to work. Staying outside the home always worked and they at last used to accept their defeat and call her back.

"Please let me in," Nina was begging them to let her come inside. It had been three days since she returned and now, she was behaving so stubbornly.
"I swear, I’ll be a good wife. Don’t abandon me, Shane. I have nowhere to go," Shane was having breakfast with great calm while Miles didn’t know how to bear it.
