Chapter 264: Incorporate two
Salin Suburb.
A line of desert vehicles formed into a convoy, moving steadily into the depths of the desert.
Some were driven by wheels, others floated a meter off the ground, and there were even rudimentary desert motorcycles.
Most of these vehicles were rented by Blind Spot Individuals for the completion of their current mission.
Among the convoy, inside two sand coaches painted entirely white.
Individuals in full yellow camouflage suits sat quietly in their seats, like normal people, waiting for orders to arrive.
The two leading them were Simon’s most trusted subordinates: Captain Modemora and Major Henry.
There was little outward difference in the attire of these two from the other Reinforced Humans, except for a white eagle medal on their chests to denote their rank.
"The trio from the Garden of Fate are still in their hotel room; they haven’t left," Major Henry said gravely, looking at the vehicle’s monitoring equipment.
"Not panicking at all? Interesting. Could these three be disposable scouts deliberately sent by them?" Captain Modemora stroked his chin, pondering.
"No matter what, the mission must be executed," Major Henry said calmly. "I hope they won’t resist too vehemently. Otherwise, I’ll show them what cruelty is..."
