Her question was purely out of curiosity, yet Ruffy Smith’s expression still darkened.

His face was as black as the bottom of a pot, "Then what do you expect me to do? Maybe I’ll end up hoping for you to break up, or become the third party undermining your relationship."

Ellen Young said, "That kind of thinking is not acceptable."

After all, she was once a teacher, and a student’s moral principles are important.

Ruffy Smith: "You expect me to have any moral thoughts regarding you? I’ve done the most embarrassing things already, I’m not afraid of this moral criticism. Besides, it has come true, haven’t you agreed to be with me?"

He was overly thrilled, and Ellen felt his happiness, getting impacted by it momentarily. She was in a good mood, so she didn’t mind that Ruffy Smith had woken her up.

But she still needed to sleep.

She continued to yawn, "I’m going to sleep, tell me anything you have to say during the day."

Now Ruffy Smith was pushing his luck, matter-of-factly saying, "Then I’ll come over for breakfast in the morning."

Ellen never fussed over such small matters, "Okay."

Ruffy Smith was extremely pleased, now very easy to satisfy. Just a little going along with him, and he would be immensely content.
