Chapter 1362: Men Are Dangerous
Jiang Xue glanced at Ah Lin, then stepped forward to follow him. She knew the boss who invited her was surnamed Jin, so she wasn’t suspicious about Ah Lin’s presence.
However, she could tell that Ah Lin was more than just an assistant. This wasn’t just apparent to Jiang Xue; Huo Cong also noticed it.
As they followed Ah Lin towards Room 318, Huo Cong gave Jiang Xue a knowing glance, sharing a mutual understanding.
Ah Lin stopped, and when Jiang Xue looked up, she realized they were already standing at the door of Room 318. Ah Lin raised his hand and knocked on the door, and a somewhat deep voice came from inside.
"Come in!"
The voice was extremely pleasing, and as the saying goes, it was so captivating it could make one feel as though their ears were pregnant. Honestly, just from hearing the voice, Jiang Xue could deduce that the person was likely a very charming man.
"Miss Jiang, everyone, please!" Ah Lin spoke to Jiang Xue and Huo Cong while pushing open the door. As soon as the door opened, Jiang Xue was immediately dazzled by the glitter of gold inside.
She squinted slightly before reopening her eyes to find that the room was large, and the golden hue inside gave an impression of luxury and splendor.
Entering the room, a man in his thirties was sitting on the sofa, looking at documents. Upon hearing footsteps, the man raised his head.
Jiang Xue happened to look over at the man, and their gaze met, causing a slight pause in Jiang Xue. Although she had speculated that the owner of the voice was a charming man.
She hadn’t expected that not only did the man’s voice sound beautiful, but his looks were also striking. Of course, in Jiang Xue’s eyes, Mu Qiancheng was the most attractive one.
But the man in front of her was as good-looking as Nangong Chen. Moreover, the man seemed to have mixed heritage, adding to his allure.
If he and Nangong Chen were standing side by side, based solely on looks, others would definitely notice the man in front of her first.
"Boss, Miss Jiang is here!" Ah Lin timely interrupted, breaking the eye contact between Jiang Xue and the man.
"Miss Jiang, hello, my surname is Jin, Jin Hao, my name."
"Hello, Mr. Jin. I am Jiang Xue, here as agreed. I hope Mr. Jin will not hesitate to offer guidance."
"Miss Jiang, you flatter me, not at all, not at all."
After exchanging a few pleasantries, Jin Hao invited Jiang Xue to sit down. Jiang Xue sat opposite Jin Hao, while Huo Cong stood by her side.

She couldn’t help but be suspicious, as Jin Hao’s timing was a bit too coincidental, and he seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.
Though his excuse was to discuss business, the company’s product launch had been over a week ago. Jiang Xue didn’t believe her company’s product had already become globally renowned.
After all, it wasn’t like five years from now, when information could spread just as fast. Hence, she had to question Jin Hao’s motive and intent.
Moreover, she could see right through Jin Hao that, although he currently seemed harmless, her intuition told her he wasn’t someone to form a deep connection with.
Additionally, upon first meeting Jin Hao, Little Fox warned Jiang Xue, cautioning her that the man in front was dangerous and urging her to deal with him carefully.
