Before the class ended and the papers were collected, Jiang Xue had already finished and checked it once, only then did she get up to hand it in to the teacher.

"You’ve come!" Luo Weiwei stopped in front of Jiang Xue, looking at her and said, "You’re surprised, aren’t you?"

However, those she brought did not show themselves with Luo Weiwei but hid first. Now, they seized the opportunity when Jiang Xue was off guard to suddenly launch a surprise attack.
What those ambushers didn’t know was that Jiang Xue had long been on guard against them. So, at the very moment they started their attack, Jiang Xue reacted.
She suddenly lunged forward, taking control of Luo Weiwei, then swiftly swapped positions with her, placing Luo Weiwei in front of her as a shield.
Jiang Xue’s sudden move startled Luo Weiwei. When she saw those who were supposed to target Jiang Xue coming toward herself, she was even more frightened, her heart almost burst.
