"In the water, five meters behind you," Little Fox replied. So, Jiang Xue dived back into the water and then resurfaced again.
The water monster was initially cautious of being tricked, so after chasing Jiang Xue briefly, it stopped. Now spotting her right in front of it again, it no longer hesitated and pursued her closely to the surface.
The emergence of the water monster startled the people on the shore. However, those who had seen the water monster before, such as Shangguan Wenbin, remained calm. Even so, they continued worrying about Jiang Xue.
