Ren had several hours to kill, so he figured now was a good opportunity to go over some of Lord Neram's patterns. They were all designed for dwarves; but Ren knew that with just a few tweaks here and there, they were easily adaptable for other humanoids to wear as well. He opened each pattern and studied it, altered it and saved the copy, keeping the original intact, and opened the next one. After 3 patterns, he got a popup.
