Into the Black

There are two schools of thought when trying to sneak into a naval base in a ship that just recently went and blew up a Navy ship. The first, of course, is to go the stealth route, and sneak in without anyone noticing you were there. That has the obvious drawback that the moment anyone realizes you’re there, they start getting real antsy about your presence, and their questions typically involve a lot of weapons pointed your way in case they don’t like your answers. Since we were trying to dock and do business, instead of doing a full assault, that was a difficult hurdle to cross.

The second option is to hide in plain sight. We had already spoofed the name of the ship, and after I’d separated from the Princess, I’d assumed one of my other forms.
