Chapter 174: Man On a Mission
Author’s Corner: As I said in World Keeper… Sorry for the delay, some RL issues have come up. For the next 4-8 weeks, depending on how things go, my releases may slow down a bit due to family crisis. However, I will do my best to maintain my current pace when possible. Obviously, this time I had to delay a bit before I was able to write the chapter, and I am ultimately unsatisfied with it >.< I mean, it’s not that the chapter is bad or anything, in my opinion. But it ended up shorter than I had imagined, and there was not going to be a good place to end the chapter if not where I chose to do so.
Tl;dr - Sorry for the delay, enjoy the slightly shorter than normal chapter. Also, for those interested, I have come up with the story I am going to write after I finish World Seed. In my next chapter of World Keeper(which will be chapter 34), I will be posting a teaser prologue for it at the end of the chapter. Would post it here, but I put the poll on the other story for it xD
After hanging up from talking with Thalia, I sat back in the chair, taking a moment to think for myself within the War Room. Things were progressing, and not in a direction that was good for any of us. Malthan, you around? Oh great god of chaos or whatever, pick up the phone!
