Mary did not notice Diana’s ever-changing expression because she was still reeling over how she spent the past two days. She was still not over the astonishment she felt when she discovered Diana’s educational background and the rest of the hospital staff who used to mock and badmouth Diana behind her back also were too stunned to say a word.
