Chapter 197: Things you put a label on
But Angel seemed to not have understood a single thing that Diana was trying to tell with her eyes. The little girl pouted and buried her round face in Daisy’s neck and continued yawning.
Usually, she would play along with Maxim to bully her. Now, she was teaming up with Daisy.
Feeling somewhat betrayed, Diana looked at the sky to complain to god, only to be greeted by the sight of the ceiling.

Daisy walked to the kitchen and passed Angel to Ivy.
Ivy gradually recovered from the shock and staggered back to her room. As Angel looked at her with wide eyes, Ivy could not help but whisper in the little girl’s ear, ’’They are going to talk about your potential future uncle.’’
Angel blinked some more, ’’Vi... Vi..’’
A beautiful smile blossomed on Ivy’s face when she heard that and the fresh gossip she overheard outside flew to the back of her head. She had been teaching Angel to call her name for so long and the girl finally made some progress.
On the other side, Daisy leaned back on the kitchen counter and crossed her arms in front of her chest.
Diana did not dare to interrupt her and stood there like a guilty child.
In fact, as Daisy pondered about it, she realized that Diana and Maxim were even closer to each other when they were young. But, she was not defensive back then because she saw how they treated each other.
