Crashing into an Old Flame

Chapter 121: The Diana in that diary

’’It’s not troublesome,’’ What was truly troublesome was the heat that her innocent thank you kisses were spreading throughout his body lately. He did not tell that to her.

By the time Diana walked out of the shower, she was greeted by the sight of an empty bed.

No Angel in sight.

Before panic could settle inside her chest, her gaze drifted off towards the cup on the bedside table which had a note sticking to it.

She walked towards it and picked up the note.

’DON’T PANIC’ were the words written in capital letters which were followed by Maxim’s cursive handwriting, ’This little troublemaker woke up so I am taking her with me. We will be back soon. Heat the tea in case it has gone cold when you see it.’

After reading the note, Diana glanced at her towel-clad body and felt relieved.

Inside the bathroom, she had considered washing her clothes and wearing them just like that before stepping out.

Thinking back to clothes, she realized that she had not reminded him of everything he needed to bring for her.

Diana slid down to the floor and banged her head on the soft mattress of the bed.

Why was today proving itself to be so challenging?
