"Boss, this one is among the most premium properties in the entire city," she said, her tone laced with a hint of admiration. "Though it sits near the corner of the city limits, the area is a sanctuary of luxury. It’s a full-fledged neighborhood surrounded by nothing but wealth. Everyone who lives around there is either old money or has made it big."
She tapped the screen, bringing up images of a gleaming white mansion framed by lush gardens and sleek architecture. "It’s known as The Pearl Villa," she said. "Designed by a coalition of top architects—names you’d find behind royal estates and presidential retreats. Every inch of it was crafted for elegance and status."
Miles leaned forward slightly as the images scrolled. The villa was expansive, modern, and yet timeless. "Fully furnished?"
"Yes," June nodded. "Imported furniture, marble floors, customized interiors. Every room is a masterpiece. Even the home theater looks like something out of a luxury magazine."
Miles studied the photos silently for a moment, then glanced at her. "How much does it cost?"
June leaned in and whispered the price.

Miles exhaled slowly, leaning back. The villa was expensive—absurdly so—but it had a charm that was hard to deny. He imagined Hope and Asher playing in the garden, Elena relaxing on the balcony, Daniel reading in the study. It wasn’t just a mansion. It could be a home.
